Warranty Policy

1. 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every toy is backed by a 2‑year warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse, accidents, or wear and tear aren’t covered. (Note: excludes certain products like cosmetics.)

2. Resolution Options
If eligible, we will repair, replace, or refund the defective toy. Direct returns to the manufacturer are accepted.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Email us at hello@woodlandswhimsy.co (or contact us via chat) with:

• Order number & date

• Product SKU

• Detailed description of the issue + photos

• Please ensure items are clean before return, or return costs may apply.

4. Important Notes for Customers

• Keep all original labels intact; ensure toys are returned in clean condition.

• Returns that don’t meet requirements may be shipped back to you at your expense.
