Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our European partner warehouses. Though we’re based in the U.S., our products are imported and shipped through trusted fulfillment partners.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 7–14 business days to arrive at your doorstep. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
As each product is made to order and shipped internationally, we currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you have any concerns, email us at hello@woodlandswhimsy.co.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to avoid delays—so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after your purchase. Reach out to us right away if you need help.

Do you offer gift packaging?
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, but the minimalist and elegant design of our ball pits makes them perfect for gifting as they are.
